ChiFan Charlie first came to Beijing in November of 2007, wide-eyed and mouth-agape.  Since then he’s tried to sample the best that the city has to offer, from the grubbiest street-vendor to Michelin-rated restaurants.  This blog is a humble attempt to document some of the more successful – and unsuccessful – dining outings.
