first snow

The last time it has been a white xmas in Beijing was around 2001 I think and also this year we didn’t. But last night it started snowing and it actually is still white outside! So we will have a white NYE :)
OK the streets are a bit messy and not really white, but the rest of the landscape has this serene feeling. Strange that snow can do that even to a city like Beijing…
