I'm still confused by what "serviced" apartments are.
A typical international-class serviced residence combines "the best" of what you can find in a hotel and a condominium--the same services offered by a hotel, and furnished to ensure a home-like experience for guests.

Wouldn't it be expensive to stay in one?
Actually, no. For the same rate, you will get in-room amenities and a larger space in a serviced residence unit compared to a hotel room. Typically all serviced residence units come with a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Besides amenities and equipment, what else should I expect?
You'll find that serviced residences also offer more privacy and security, an aspect which is very much valued, especially by our female guests. Guests are able to enjoy more personalized services and feel more at home because they would have stayed with us for a longer period, relative to hotel stay, and our staff know them better.

Are there any activities available to residents?
Executives network with other travelers when they join in on residents' programs. These events can also help them to assimilate and familiarize themselves with the local environment.
