Is Colin a newbie? That was quite an initiation, Ivan. Black African slave and Russian Jewish ancestors? That's quite a family tree. Doesn't make you more or less qualified to offer opinions on African Americans or Russian Jews.

Colin registered at the Duckpond in March this year. But so far he has only posted 2 comments. The first comment was posted just about a week ago under the thread Communicate with a Chinese High School on the BBC . His writing style seems to lack coherence on both ocassions. He seems to be familiar with the British education system. This actually reminds me of a golden goose who was once a regular commenter here. Hmm... :?

It's strange to wake up in the morning to hostile comments like that. What's that all about? My comment was directed towards Colin, the newbie, not you. I thought that asking newbies to introduce themselves is a standard procedure at the Duckpond now. My request was very politely put, considered Colin's unusually hostile comment. I'm simply giving him a chance to explain himself.

Tell you what, Sonagi, don't even try to use the Duckpond or TPC to mount a personal vendetta against me or other people. You are wasting your time. And this kind of behaviour will no longer be tolerated here.
