i have tried to use anonymous.org, but it is not desirable to defeat the filter way which check the content and block the site temparorily.

Canrun, could you also recommend an email provider that's secure? Yahoo isn't, I know (I'm worried about that, since I've been using Yahoo for the last year or so). I'm currently using Gmail, but Google has also caved in. AOL, possibly? Edit: AOL doesn't work for me. Something else?
