Seeking translator

hello, I am seeking info or advice from anyone who may be able to help with the following... I have a friend who lived in China for a year and when visiting a monastery in Xiahe she was devestated to see the conditions that they keep their moon bear in(I saw the photo's of this bears cage.. not nice) and she has since been on a mission (5 years now) to improve the conditions for this bear. She has made incredible progress and is now at the stage where she has the funds to build a new and humane enclosure for this moon bear. She is working on this from Australia at present and plans a trip over toward the end of this year to start building etc.. now she needs to find someone who can speak and write english and chinese to translate various bits of written info to the monks at the monastery. If anyone reading this could help with finding a translator for her project it would be an enormous help!!!
