Different sections

It's interesting that you're separating out different sections this time. I like it that there aren't too many different sections, but only a few general ones.
In 'general discussion' you've got China and America, which seems fair, as these are Richard's two main interests, and the focus of most of his posts on the Peking Duck. However, just to stop those of us who are neither a) Chinese nor b) American feeling left out, would it be possible to add an 'international' section as well?

I put in those sections as a 'first draft' - I'll leave it up to Richard whether he wants to expand or contract it back to one. Those two areas seem to be the main topics on the blog; seeing as I am neither Chinese nor American either it wasn't a deliberate snub :D

I think there's a balance between lots of forums with not much content in each or a few forums with plenty of content in each ...
